Custom order terms

These terms apply to any Cinderfield product where you add your own text, images, names, or designs.

Your content

You are responsible for everything you submit. You confirm that you have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. That includes school, team, league, and brand names and logos.

What we may refuse

We may decline, edit, or cancel any custom order that contains content we judge to be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, unlawful, or misleading, or that appears to use names, logos, or artwork you may not have the right to use. If we decline or cancel an order, we will refund it in full.

Review before printing

We review personalized orders before they go to production. The review may add a short delay, and we may email you about your design. If we cannot reach you after a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and refund it.

We print what you submit

Please check spelling, dates, and names carefully before you order. We do not correct customer-submitted content, and mistakes in that content are not covered by our damaged or misprinted policy.

Final sale

Because every custom item is made for you, custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. Our refund policy still covers items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted by us.

Our mark

The Cinderfield pennant is printed on the left sleeve of every custom apparel item. It is part of the product and cannot be removed.
